About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
In this role, you will act as the senior technical authority on the Salesforce platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to unify customer data, accelerate analytics, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including: Data ingestion Data harmonization Identity resolution Calculated Insights Activation targets Design and implement scalable integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems using: REST APIs SOAP APIs Platform Events Change Data Capture (CDC) Collaborate with teams across: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Salesforce Agentforce Marketing Cloud Develop and optimize: Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous services Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and data governance best practices.
Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Translate business and data requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Support agile delivery processes and sprint planning.
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
At least 2 years of dedicated experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Deep expertise in: Data Streams Data Model Objects (DMOs) Identity Resolution Calculated Insights Activation Strong programming skills in: Apex SOQL SOSL JavaScript (ES6+) Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and CDC.
Strong understanding of: Salesforce security model Governor limits Deployment and release best practices Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Certifications Candidates must hold all of the following active certifications: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
