Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain production-grade cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
* Lead implementation of complex UI flows, navigation patterns, and reusable component libraries with a focus on scalability and consistency.
* Integrate GraphQL APIs, define efficient queries/mutations, and ensure robust client-side data handling and caching.
* Drive mobile app performance improvements (rendering, startup time, memory usage) and ensure smooth user experiences across devices.
* Collaborate with backend teams to align GraphQL schemas and client requirements, improving API usability and reliability.
* Ensure code quality through clean architecture, unit/integration testing, and thorough code reviews.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including crash analysis and release hotfixes.
* Mentor engineers, guide best practices, and contribute to technical decision-making and delivery planning.
* Participate in release management, app store submissions, and continuous improvement of CI/CD and development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and establishing patterns for state management, networking, and modularization.
* Strong knowledge of GraphQL client strategies (caching, pagination, optimistic updates) and schema-driven development practices.
* Hands-on experience with automated testing strategies for React Native apps (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and improving test coverage.
* Experience improving developer productivity via tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation for mobile applications.
* Demonstrated technical leadership through mentoring, ownership of critical modules, and driving engineering best practices across teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
* 9-11 years of overall software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in React Native.
* Proven experience building and shipping mobile applications with React Native for iOS and Android.
* Strong proficiency with GraphQL integration in mobile apps, including query/mutation design and error handling.
* Solid understanding of mobile fundamentals: performance optimization, debugging, and platform-specific considerations.
* Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and delivering features reliably in production environments.
