We are seeking applications for the position of Sr. Quality Assurance Expert for Nagpur Metro

• Assists Chief Quality Assurance Expert in monitoring and ensuring implementation of approved Quality Assurance Plan through field inspections.

  
  
  

• Coordinates quality issues with Chief Experts of other disciplines, Contractors, and the Client.

  
  
  

• Monitors and supervises the output of Site Engineers to ensure Quality Construction.

  
  
  

• Conducts inspections of testing laboratories, reviewing adequacy with respect to suitability of equipment for requisite tests, capacity for required test quantum, and maintainability of testing equipment.

  
  
  

• Conducts checks to ensure lot size, sample size, and testing methods used in laboratories align with specifications, codes, and manuals.

  
  
  

• Manages Key Result Areas (KRAs) including Quality Assurance Plans, quality management, and quality audits.

  
  
  

• Education qualification - Engineering Graduate (Civil)
• Years of experience - 15+ Years
• Prior experience requirement - 15+ in rail related major infra projects
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
