The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to project delivery, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
This role is well-suited for professionals with a background in civil engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, design, and operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates and resolve issues proactively.
Manage documentation, reporting, and project records for transparency and audit purposes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and delivery quality.
Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Good to Have Skills Certified Project Manager (e.
g., PMP or equivalent certification) is preferred.
Educational background or hands-on experience in Civil Engineering.
Familiarity with construction or infrastructure project environments.
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering preferred, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in project management or project coordination roles.
