Senior Product Manager, IES Returns Customer Experience

Own the end-to-end returns experience for hundreds of millions of customers across emerging markets — from GenAI-powered resolutions and proactive messaging to smarter return policies — ensuring every interaction builds trust and keeps customers coming back.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Master's degree or equivalent
