Job Description Managing the entire lifecycle of cash management, mutual fund and wealth products, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization.
This part includes a collaboration with various teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and business team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products Creating a strategic roadmap for cash management products tailored specifically to your product scope, considering market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
Collaborate across teams and contribute insights, ideas, and features into crafting a cohesive product roadmap strategy Assessing and mitigate risks associated with cash management, mutual fund and wealth products, such as liquidity risk, operational risk and regulatory compliance Analyze data to create recommendations and execute product experiments to improve key metrics Join us as we make magic happen to increase Indonesia’s financial inclusion!
Min 5 years of experience in product development and having a deep understanding of financial markets, investment products and cash management Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
