Overview Senior Product Manager - ENDUR As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of product management, agile methodologies, and the ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels. Your Impact Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality digital products. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within scope. Work closely with engineering teams to define and refine product requirements, ensuring a seamless user experience. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance, user feedback, and market trends. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption and go-to-market strategies. Advocate for the customer, ensuring that all product decisions are driven by user needs and business value. Qualifications Your Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional information Set Yourself Apart With Experience in ETRM / CTRM Products. Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager). Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data-driven decision-making. Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of software development processes.
