Role Overview:

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior .NET Full‑Stack Developer with strong cloud (Azure/AWS) experience to design, build, modernize, and support enterprise applications. This role requires deep technical expertise, ownership mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global onshore/offshore model.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong fundamentals in OO design, system design, and distributed systems
• Strong experience with C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6–8+); exposure to Python is a plus
• Experience building and modernizing cloud‑native applications on Azure and/or AWS
• Hands-on experience with cloud services such as:
  Azure (App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure SQL, App Insights) or
  AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, SNS/SQS, EventBridge, RDS)
• Experience supporting legacy .NET Framework applications and driving modernization or migration
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Bicep)
• Solid experience in relational database design (stored procedures, performance tuning, data migration)
• Proficiency in unit testing, code reviews, and enforcing engineering best practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, platform, and infrastructure layers
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Front‑End Experience

• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular (one primary framework expected)
• Working knowledge of Razor or Blazor is a plus
• Ability to work closely with UX/design teams to deliver clean, usable interfaces

Senior‑Level Expectations

• Own technical solutions end‑to‑end: design, development, deployment, and support
• Contribute to and influence technical design and architecture decisions
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Identify technical debt and propose pragmatic improvement solutions
• Balance delivery speed with quality, scalability, and maintainability

Preferred

• Experience working in a global onshore/offshore setup
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical designs and user stories
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and support legacy systems when needed
