As amember of the Creative Services team, you will use design principles, technologies, and techniques to create engaging visual concepts, ensure brand consistency and deliver high-impact visual solutionsfor print and digitalchannels that elevate storytelling and drive business outcomes. You will collaboratecross-functionally with BU/Divisional Marcomm, Brand and digital teamstocreate engaging, client-centricdesignsolutions that convey a compelling visual storywhile contributing to Marketing Services process excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:
Lead the end-to-end creation ofhigh-qualityvideos, includingstoryboarding,editing,color correction,sound design,motion graphics, and final delivery aligned with brand guidelines and project briefs.
Conceptualize and produce engaging2D/3Danimations,explainers,promos,intros, and visual effects using industrystandard tools (e.g.,Adobe After Effects,Premiere Pro,Animate).
Transform complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives that support marketing, product, and internal communication goals.
Handle simultaneousvideoandanimationprojects, ensuring timely delivery within Services SLAs while maintaining creative excellence.
Work closely withmarketing,product,creative, andcrossfunctionalteamsto understandrequirements, presentconcepts,align ondirectionand incorporatefeedbackeffectively.
Produce a variety of video formats such associal media clips,training modules,event videos,product demos,teasers, andcampaigncontent optimized for multiple platforms.
ConductQCchecks, enhancevisualandaudioquality, and proactivelyflagcreative or technicalrisksthat may impact output.
Partner withdesigners,writers,storyboard artistsand other creative roles to ensure cohesive and unified content across campaigns and channels.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Film Production, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
8–10 years of professional experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics within a creative, marketing, or production environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related video/animation tools.
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, color grading, sound design, and production workflows.
Ability to convert briefs and concepts into engaging, high-quality video content.
Strong sense of design, typography, layout, and brand aesthetics.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting SLAs
and tight timelines.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to work withcrossfunctionalteams.
Ability to mentor and guide junior editors/animators as needed.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.
Use of AI-assisted editing tools for scene detection, cleanup, and automated enhancementsis a plus.
Familiarity with AI plug‑ins for motion design (auto‑rigging, text‑prompted animation,
smart morphing).
