Sr Finance Manager (B12)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Sales Excellence Performance & Planning capability within GCC. This role will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, developing reporting tools (Power BI), and driving governance across key processes such as AOP, MBR, and long-term planning. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring data consistency, enhancing reporting capabilities, and enabling data-driven decision-making across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of analysts supporting Sales Finance and FP&A activities
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI)
• Define and standardize KPI frameworks, templates, and reporting processes
• Ensure data consistency and governance across markets
• Support planning cycles including AOP, MBR, and long-term planning
• Act as a key interface between Sales Excellence, FP&A, and markets
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting and data processes
• Review and validate team outputs, ensuring high quality and accuracy

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or related analytical roles
• 5+ years of experience in leading and managing teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, dashboard design)
• Proven experience building tools and processes from scratch
• Strong understanding of financial planning cycles (AOP, forecasting, MBR)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English, with the ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
