Duties/Responsibilities
Own and deliver the Digital Organization + Global Procurement communications plan, including message development, sequencing, and deployment across agreed channels (e.g., email, Viva, and Nexus SharePoint).
Build and maintain the Global Procurement SharePoint playbooks repository as a governed “single source of truth,” including information architecture, navigation, metadata, and content lifecycle management (draft → review → publish → archive).
Create, edit, and publish end-to-end process playbooks, job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, and “what changed/what to do now” content aligned to Nexus releases and procurement ways of working.
Produce and manage training videos (storyboards/scripts, coordination of recordings, editing, publishing, and library upkeep), ensuring usability, consistency, and accessibility of content.
Partner with Nexus Change Management and Training stakeholders to ensure communications and learning assets reinforce readiness priorities, interdependency alignment, and adoption outcomes.
Establish an editorial and governance cadence (content owners, review cycles, approvals) to keep playbooks and training materials current as processes/tools evolve.
Track and report engagement/adoption signals (e.g., page views, training completion signals where available, stakeholder feedback) and recommend improvements to content, channel mix, and timing.
Coordinate communications for key program moments (e.g., go‑live readiness, office hours, support resources, “what’s new” releases) to maximize stakeholder awareness and actionability
Maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder management with workstream PMO and functional SMEs to ensure accuracy, alignment, and on-time delivery of communications and enablement assets.
Support continuous improvement by standardizing templates and reuseable assets (playbook formats, slide/storyboard templates, video “modules”) to scale enablement efficiently.
Qualification:
Minimum BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Typically8-10+ years of relevant experience (communications, change enablement, knowledge management, digital content, or learning enablement), with demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive outcomes.
Strong capability in SharePoint content management (site/page design, document libraries, permissions, metadata, navigation, and content governance).
Proven experience creating enablement assets including playbooks, job aids, and training videos, and managing a structured library of learning resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex process/tool changes into clear, action-oriented messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.
Change management experience is a plus (e.g., supporting adoption, readiness, training/communications planning across transformation programs).

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
