Senior GenAI Developer

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Developer with hands-on expertise in open source and AWS Generative AI stacks. You will design and build production-ready RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and knowledge-based AI solutions. This role focuses on delivering scalable, low-hallucination, and observable AI systems using modern LLMs and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
• Develop knowledge base chatbots with semantic search and conversation memory
• Implement advanced retrieval strategies (Hybrid Search, HyDE, chunking)
• Design multi-agent architectures (Agentic RAG, Self-RAG, Corrective RAG)
• Integrate LLMs (Claude, GPT-4o, Llama, Mistral) via APIs and hosting platforms
• Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, PGVector)
• Build solutions using AWS Bedrock, Agents, and Knowledge Bases
• Set up evaluation (Ragas) and observability (LangSmith/Phoenix)
• Deploy AI services using FastAPI, Docker, and OpenTelemetry

• 8+ years of experience in any cloud platform preferable AWS
• 3+ years in GenAI/LLM development
• 3+ years of experience in Python and AI backend development skills
• Experience with LangChain, vector DBs, and RAG architectures
• Hands-on AWS experience (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)
• Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, and scalable deployments
