This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 4500000 (ie INR 15-45 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, andhra, Mumbai JobType: full-time Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture Take ownership of the complete system architecture, encompassing mobile applications, backend services, and APIs Convert business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions Establish engineering standards, coding conventions, and architectural best practices Make well-informed decisions regarding technology stack choices, trade-offs, performance, and cost efficiency Perform code and architecture reviews to guarantee high-quality production deliverables Lead and mentor engineers and interns, fostering their ability to solve problems independently Full Stack Development & Ownership Design, develop, and maintain production-ready features across: Mobile applications Backend services Platform APIs Manage the full development lifecycle, including: Understanding requirements Design and implementation Testing, deployment, and monitoring Decompose complex features into manageable tasks and guide the team's execution Lead by example through active hands-on development Mobile Engineering Architect and lead development efforts for: Android using Kotlin iOS using Swift Define application architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture Assess when to employ native versus hybrid frameworks Provide guidance and conduct reviews on projects using: Flutter React Native Kotlin Multiplatform Ensure optimal performance, security, and maintainability across various devices Backend & Platform Engineering Design and develop backend services utilizing: Golang Rust Python Integrate third-party services, monitoring tools, and AI inference services Design RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and enforce secure data handling Ensure system reliability and scalability Infrastructure, Security & DevOps Implement secure coding practices and enforce data protection standards Apply encryption, hashing, and secure API design techniques Use Docker and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams working with AWS, GCP, or Azure Maintain system observability, logging, and error handling capabilities Team Leadership & Mentorship Lead and mentor interns and junior engineers Provide training to team members on fundamentals, best practices, and architectural thinking Review pull requests and give constructive, actionable feedback Foster a culture centered on ownership, accountability, and technical excellence Required Technical Skills Core Engineering Stack Strong foundation in: Data Structures & Algorithms Object-Oriented Programming Clean and modular code design REST API design and basic system design principles Frontend (Web) HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) React, Angular, or Vue Mobile Kotlin Swift Flutter Backend & Systems Golang Rust Python Databases & Infrastructure PostgreSQL, MySQL MongoDB, Redis Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
