Position Title – Senior Field Support Engineer


Location - Noida


It is a full-time position. The Field Support Engineer must support the RA customer install base majorly in the North and East region of India but not limited to other regions. Support service requires frequent extensive travel to customer sites. FSE is expected to possess field experience on RA products and software in terms of project execution or service delivery for no less than 8 to 10 yrs.


FSE should be able to understand / resolve field issues and shall also help Jr. Engineers when they need help. FSE should be able to create and understand technical documents, design control systems, design networks and do configurations.


The job also requires lot of internal and external coordination for technical and non-technical areas. FSE should be able to do complete site study independently for and should be able to follow a step-by-step problem-solving approach. He or she Should be able to consult on our installed base and generate reports and coordinate with technical support team.


FSE should be disciplined and must follow CO. Quality and Safety Standards.


  • 5+ years of experience on RA platform, Service delivery and Project execution.

Reports to: SOLUTIONS & SERVICES BUSINESS LEAD


  • Overall, may have 7-10 years’ experience in automation industry in similar work profile.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Schedule AMC visits with customer, and follow-up for complete service cycle.
  • Deliver Field Services to customers on site and remote support.
  • Deliver Project Design, Engineering, Installation and Commissioning
  • Services Billing and Documentation
  • Services Business consultancy & Lead Generation
  • Provide Remote Support Technical Services
  • Deliver Trainings to Customers

The Essentials - You Will Have:


  • 4 years Graduation Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Ins. & Con./CSE
  • The ability to travel 75% of the time
  • A valid driver's license and Passport

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:


  • Proficiency in Automation Software Languages Ladder, ST, Flow chart and FBD
  • Proficiency in HMI SCADA software, Batch, Historian, Asset Management Etc.
  • Proficiency in handling Communication networks (Serial/Modbus/Fieldbus/Ethernet/CNET/DNET/Profibus etc.)
  • Proficiency in SQL and MS reporting Software
  • CCNA / Cyber networking Certification (Optional)
