Job Summary:

We are seeking a bachelors/master's graduate with strong foundations in C++, embedded systems and Operating systems to join tools team. The role focusses on audio tools development specializing in functional simulation of Audio DSPs that enables early software development, performance analysis, debugging, and validation through simulators aligned with real silicon behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop audio simulation tools for audio DSP architecture.
• Implement DSP simulators, profiling and maintain alignment between simulator behaviour and evolving hardware.
• Analyze and debug issues related to interrupts, scheduling, memory, DMA, timers, peripheral etc
• Collaborate with hardware, DSP firmware, and validation teams during integration
• Follow secure coding practices, code reviews, and upstream‑friendly workflows
• Create impactful customer facing documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech / MS) in Embedded Systems, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, or related fields
• Proficient in C, C++ with proven experience of writing efficient code.
• Python programming experience.
• Knowledge of RTOS, SoC architecture (core, cache, memory, bus architecture, IOs, etc.).
• Knowledge of Instruction‑set simulation concepts (ISS), CPU/DSP micro‑architecture (pipelines, instruction execution, memory, interrupts, DMA, timers, peripherals etc)
• Exposure to embedded toolchains, cross‑compilation, and debugging tools

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience using Git and understanding code‑review based development.
• Practical experience working on Emulators or developing projects/prototypes on microcontrollers or SoC based platforms.
• Academic projects, thesis, or internships involving DSPs or any open source simulators
• Understanding of audio signal processing workflows and Realtime constraints.
• Familiarity with audio software stacks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech / MS) in Embedded Systems, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, or related fields
