Senior DevOps -Technical Lead

As a Pipeline Engineer, you support our DevOps ecosystem by maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines that enable efficient, high-quality software delivery. Your day includes optimizing build systems, ensuring tool reliability, monitoring pipeline performance, and collaborating closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and introduce automation improvements.

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to ensure seamless integration and high availability.

  
  

• Improve development workflows by managing compilers, static analysis tools, and containerized build environments.

  
  

• Enable better engineering insights through visualization and monitoring of CI/CD metrics.

  
  

• Strengthen security and compliance across build and deployment processes.

  
  

• Guide development teams on DevOps best practices, enhancing delivery quality and speed.

  
  

• Design scalable pipeline solutions that support continuous delivery across multiple projects.

  
  

• Strong hands-on experience with GitLab, Git, Linux, WSL, CMake, Conan, and modern CI/CD tooling.

  
  

• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized build workflows.

  
  

• Ability to script in Bash, Python, Perl, and familiarity with C++ environments.

  
  

• A structured, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.

  
  

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
