Senior Development Manager | Based in Abu Dhabi

An exciting opportunity has opened up with a leading real estate developer in Abu Dhabi for an experienced Senior Development Manager to join their growing team.

This is a long-term client-side role, offering exposure to high-value mixed-use and residential projects across the UAE. You’ll be working on projects from concept through to delivery, in a high-performance environment where innovation, quality and collaboration are key.

Salary: AED 40,000/month

Performance-based bonus

We’re looking for candidates with solid experience delivering large-scale real estate projects in the UAE or GCC, ideally from the client or developer side.
