Could you be the full-time Engineer Senior Data Analyst in Bangalore we’re looking for ?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your data management and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, security, and accuracy of master data across our systems, enabling seamless information flow within our global organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across engineering, IT operations, and manufacturing, while also managing critical data activities, performing data analysis and cleansing, and supporting key users worldwide.
You’ll specifically take care of maintaining master data governance and compliance with core business rules, but also lead process improvements, implement automation, and support new tool rollouts.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring consistency of master data in compliance with engineering core processes
Managing and maintaining data governance documentation and standard operating procedures
Resolving complex queries and issues related to data management
Supporting and training key users globally
Analyzing and cleansing large volumes of data
Preparing dashboards, audit summaries, and key performance indicator (KPI) reports
Identifying and implementing process improvements, including automation and RPA
Participating in projects and new tool implementations, including Tibco EBX
Providing expertise in 3D simplification for parts and addressing cross-data dependencies
All about you

A degree in engineering, technology, or a related field
8+ years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in parts management
Experience with scripting, AI, and continuous improvement enablers
Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6
Knowledge of data science methodologies
Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Python, and Java
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to challenge the status quo
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to work independently while being an effective team player
Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and development
Desirable skills and experience:
Previous experience in the railway industry
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Experience with creating reports and presentations
Critical Challenges
Métiers requesting 3D simplification parts to addressed within the SLA which will be used in tools like Orchestra, DMA, PLM 4A, PLM etc,.
Complex end to end data flows with many cross-data dependencies need to be addressed on Priority
