The Role

As a Senior BIM Coordinator with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

• The candidate will be responsible for developing detailed REVIT-BIM systems for Data Center projects.
• This role requires strong technical expertise, proficiency in design software, and the ability to lead design coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Managing and Coordinating the Building Information Modelling (BIM) as per project basis.
• Integration of 3-D models and data from architects and other design (General Civil and Underground systems, foundations, structures, architectural, MEPF and utilities design)
• Ownership of complete 3-D model and ensuring consistency, accuracy and accessibility to the relevant stakeholders.
• Identification of potential clashes and design conflicts and ensuring resolution of these clashes on a continual basis so that error free model is issued for construction.
• Tracking of progress of all stake holders working in the model and detail co-ordination with them ensuring compliance with standards, procedures and protocols.
• Development of BIM procedure for project specific requirements and ensuring compliance with the project
• Maintaining integrity and quality of shared digital models
• BIM 4D and 5D works
• Maintaining and creating Libraries, creating templates for Drawing extraction Creating Dynamos (automation in REVIT) for tagging, numbering, etc, resolving errors in BIM model, BIM model transfer to relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring modeling setup is in sync with 3D model procedure (Color Codes, line thickness, etc).
• Coordination & Documentation:
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines for integrated design solutions.
  • Prepare technical reports, design presentations, and client documentation.

About You 

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 15 – 20 years of experience in Revit and BIM 360 for Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, industrial, data center or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in software design AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM and   Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of data center engineering activities
• Excellent analytical, communication, coordination and leadership skills.
