About The Job: You are part of a globally distributed scrum team working on DevOps practices and solutions for product development. You will work in close collaboration with all product development scrum teams, and you will act as evangelism for adhering to DevOps practices. You will drive adoption of tools, processes, and practices within teams, and setup needed infrastructure for teams. You will enable faster and smaller releases of product with introduction of new tools and technologies and/or improving the existing tools as necessary. You will developing automated test pipelines to setup test systems for all levels of tests where development teams can plug-in test cases for quality assurance, develop automation, monitoring, and logging solutions. You will understand the test strategy, test tools, and drive continuous improvement measures. What expertise we want you to bring: Drive SysOps & DevOps solutions within the business line in close collaboration with product teams and enable the organization’s roadmap for DevOps transformation. Job Responsibilities – DevOps/SysOps Engineer Serve as a driver for development teams using the development, testing, and operations infrastructure. Contribute to the design, architecture, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps environments. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure with strong hands-on experience. Build automation, monitoring, and logging solutions to support continuous integration. Develop automated test pipelines for all testing levels, supporting plug-in test cases for QA. Drive continuous improvement in test strategy and tooling. Promote and support the adoption of DevOps tools, processes, and practices. Collaborate closely with Scrum teams and advocate DevOps best practices. Significant hand-on experience in setting up CI/CD and test pipelines in Azure DevOps. Significant hand-on experience in C#. net. Significant hand-on experience in any of the Cloud platforms like Azure to maintain infrastructure or deploy services. Experience knowledge of Docker, Angular, PowerShell. Experience knowledge of iOS/Apple development. Familiar with artifact management tools (e.g., JFrog Artifactory, npm, NuGet). Knowledge of native syngo platform is a preferred. Self-driven, proactive, and process improvement-oriented. Strong communication skills in an international and agile environment. Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic setting. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Experience: Minimum 4 yrs of experience in a process-oriented software organization. Experience working with multi-site global teams in an agile environment. Education & Training: Education: Engineering Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably a major in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics).
