We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Specialist to support operations for internally hosted applications. The role focuses on user enablement on Citrix hosted environment, issue triage, and managing /updating infra lists for these apps. Additionally, perform support onboarding third-party users for enterprise engineering apps. This is a senior role requiring a blend of technical expertise, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and process maturity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application & Tool Support: Provide L2/L3 support for internally hosted enterprise applications and associated tools. Monitor system reliability, uptime, and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Maintain knowledge repositories, runbooks, and SOPs.
2. User Enablement: Act as a key interface between business users and technology teams to enables 3rd party users – clients and partners – to our application platforms. Enable end-users through a mix of Training, sharing guides and some Hands-on support. Gather user feedback and translate into actionable enhancement requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 15+ years in Application Support / Production Support / IT Operations with strong experience supporting enterprise-grade, internally hosted applications as well as proven track record in incident management, triage, and stakeholder handling.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of application architectures and hosting platforms including citrix VDIs. Experience with Service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Functional & Leadership Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management. Ability to operate in high-pressure production environments
ITIL certification (or strong ITIL process knowledge)
