4 - 6 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Surat JobType: full-time We are looking for a meticulous and accountable accounting professional to manage the complete accounting process, financial reporting, and ensure statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in ERP/Tally, taxation, financial controls, and team leadership.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of recent hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow, budget reports, and variance analysis.
Oversee detailed month-end closing procedures.
Manage daily accounting operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Utilize Tally and MS Excel extensively for reporting and analytical purposes.
Provide financial insights and summaries to assist management in decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria 5 to 6 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies: Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency with Tally and MS Office , especially MS Excel.
Effective communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and/or English.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and reliable follow-up abilities.
Additional Information: Gender Preference: Male candidates only.
Commute Requirement: Preference for candidates owning a vehicle.
Documentation: Submission of salary slips and experience letters is required.
Leave Policy: 12 paid leaves per year in addition to company-declared holidays.
