Scrum Master Role :

• Lead the SW development andSWtesting teamto develop Software for medicaldevicesusing agilemethodology

  
  
  

• Be the link between PMO office and SW development team to ensure SW is aligned to overall project schedule

  
  
  

• Work with Product Owner to definescope andpriority,support inmaintainingbacklog,planEPICSand spring scope.

  
  
  

• Lead Agile ceremoniestoensure adherence to agile best practicestomakepredictable deliveries

  
  
  

• Develop Agile metrics/KPIs and communicatewithall stakeholders.

  
  
  

• Co-ordinate with Electrical and other cross functional teams to ensuredependencies ofthe softwareteam are resolvedina timelymanner.

  
  
  

What will you know:

MandatoryQualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, Software engineering 

  
  
  

• Scrum Master certification 

  
  
  

• 8+ yrs experience (Min5yrs experience in SW development and3+ yrs experience as Scrum Master)

  
  
  

• Managing Scrum board– JIRA or equivalent tool

  
  
  

• Ability to drive alignment across different stakeholdersby understanding different perspectives

  
  
  

• Strong Communication skills

  
  
  

• Strong understanding of SW development quality process

  
  
  

• Understandingofbasicsof SWproject management – estimation, scoping, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, communication planning.

  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent 

  
  
  

• Exposureof working in a regulated industrylike medicaldomain
