This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 5-50 LPA) Min Experience: 8 years Location: Remote (India), Bengaluru, Karnataka, NCR, Pune, Telangana, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai JobType: full-time We are looking for an experienced SAP SVC2 Consultant to drive the implementation and optimization of SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions, particularly within the Energy and Utilities domain.
This role involves working across the full project lifecycle—from requirement gathering and solution design to configuration, integration, and post-go-live support.
You will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems.
The role also requires strong expertise in customer service processes, utilities workflows such as Meter-to-Cash, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP configurations.
Key Responsibilities Lead client requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, and testing activities Configure and implement SAP Sales and Service Cloud (V1/V2) solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solutioning, workshops, and system design Work on integrations between SAP C4C/SVC2 and S/4HANA or ECC systems Support utilities-focused implementations including Meter-to-Cash processes Configure customer service processes such as Business Master Data, Move-In/Move-Out, disconnection, and reconnection Integrate with SAP ISU modules including Device Management, Billing, and FICA Handle service orders, notifications, and BPEM case integration scenarios Review and document functional specifications ensuring high-quality delivery Support system testing, quality assurance, and end-user training Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting and enhancements Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability building Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends What Makes You a Great Fit 8+ years of experience as an SAP CRM / SVC2 Consultant Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Service Cloud configuration (V1/V2) Proven experience in SAP C4C integration with S/4HANA or ECC Deep understanding of the Energy and Utilities domain, especially Meter-to-Cash processes Hands-on experience with SAP ISU modules including FICA, Billing, and Device Management Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation and multiple project environments (Implementation & AMS) Knowledge of SVC2 components such as business roles, layouts, ID mapping, and code list configuration Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in global, cross-functional environments SAP Utilities certification or Service Cloud V2 exposure is an added advantage
