SAP Program Manager

1) Project Leadership & Delivery
* Own end to end responsibility for delivering S/4 Greenfield Programs
* Review and lead proposal preparation, project estimations, and inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys competitively.
* Plan, schedule, monitor, and report project progress while managing risks, dependencies, and overall delivery health.
2) Stakeholder & Team Management
* Collaborate with cross functional teams, business stakeholders, technical consultants, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
* Coach and mentor team members, provide timely feedback, and foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and innovation.
* Contribute to thought leadership within the SAP project management space in alignment with Infosys processes and policies.
3) Agile Delivery Excellence
* Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
* Promote best practices in Agile execution for enhanced project outcomes.

Location Posting - Bangalore

* Minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP Project Management.
* Program Managed at least one S/4 Greenfield Implementation
* Proven experience delivering SAP projects end to end-implementation, rollout, upgrade, and migration.
* Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks, project estimation methods, and quality processes.
* Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
* Experience working with business and technology SMEs to define requirements, create project charters, and align deliverables with business goals.
* Awareness of emerging SAP technologies, digital trends, and architecture principles.
* Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
