Job Description – Integration Consultant Company: Infotel IT Consulting Role: Integration Consultant Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Integration Consultant to join our team, supporting enterprise integration initiatives across SAP and third-party landscapes.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP ECC integration architecture and hands-on experience with middleware/integration platforms used in large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support integration solutions between SAP ECC and third-party/external systems Work extensively on PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) for interface design, configuration, and troubleshooting Build and maintain SAP Interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, File-based, etc.
) Configure and support integrations using middleware/ESB platforms such as MuleSoft (MF), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Service Bus (SB), IBM DataPower , and similar tools Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs Perform end-to-end testing, debugging, and performance tuning of interfaces Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and resolution for integration issues Prepare and maintain technical documentation (interface specs, design documents, mapping documents) Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and best-practice standards 10+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on SAP integration Hands-on expertise in SAP ECC Strong experience with SAP PI/PO (design, configuration, monitoring) Solid understanding of SAP Interfaces — IDoc, RFC, Proxy, Web Services, etc.
Proven experience integrating SAP with third-party systems using middleware platforms such as: MuleSoft (MF) Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Service Bus (SB) IBM DataPower Or equivalent integration/middleware tools Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional and client teams Experience working in large, complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments preferred
