Responsibilities Derive test strategy from BRD/FRD/Design, focusing on risk & regulatory priorities (US, MX). Build Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) in SolMan/Cloud ALM; define entry/exit criteria. Identify regression scope and automation candidates (TOSCA). Skills Must have 6+ years of work experience and knowledge with respect to functionalities to drive the testing workflow process SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY) SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals, Performance, Compensation) for the US SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals, Performance) for MX SuccessFactors modules (Goals, Performance) for LATAM and APAC FIORI Application (ESS and MSS) Manual testing tools Solman/ Cloud ALM Automation tool desirable TOSCA Tricentis Nice to have Certifications Other Languages English: C2 Proficient Seniority Regular
