About Team: The Enterprise Technology & Operations (ETO) team partners with the business and other IT groups to define, manage, test, validate and deliver the strategic direction and operational performance of Enterprise Applications and Systems for Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Our enterprise applications manage business critical activities like order taking and fulfillment, manufacturing, managing new product development and launch, sales and customer management, data and document management, and business insights.

Role Responsibilities :

• Work with datasets to perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and basic feature engineering within the CRM Data store

  
  

• Support / Maintain integration of AI solutions with Salesforce platforms using APIs and built-in tools

  
  

• Contribute to building intelligent workflows within Salesforce (Einstein, Flows, basic automation)

  
  

• Assist with developing business applications that leverage AI technologies such as OpenAI, Claude etc 

  
  

• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

  
  

• Participate in testing, debugging, and improving AI-driven applications

  
  

• Document solutions, experiments, and learnings clearly

  
  

• Open mindset towards learning and adapting to new skills within CRM ecosystem such as – Salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ.
   

  
  

Candidate Requirement:

• Education : BS degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (Batch of 2025 / 2026)
   

  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure / Understanding of Salesforce.com platform, Salesforce Administration, Development experience (Knowledge and or Hands On)

  
  

• Hands-on knowledge – Apex, SOQL, Java, Python, Typescript,

  
  

• Understanding of AI Concepts such as RAG, MCP, APIs, JSON, and system integration basics.

  
  

• Experience working with SQL and handling datasets

  
  

• Exposure to Salesforce and force.com, low-code/no-code platforms, or automation tools

  
  

• Academic projects or internships involving CRM or Salesforce related use cases.

  
  

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) or SaaS platforms

  
  

• Basic understanding of CRM concepts or business workflows.

  
  

Learning & Growth Expectations (Key Filter)

• Strong interest in learning and enhancing skill set in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein AI)

  
  

• Willingness to pick up platform-specific development skills (Apex, Lightning Web Components)

  
  

• Ability to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and business domains

  
  

• Interest in applying AI to real-world enterprise problems (customer data, workflows, automation)
