An Ideal Candidate:
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and clients to identify new business opportunities and promote the company's products and services
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and customer needs
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Oversee project execution to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients
• Conduct site visits and provide rendering services to clients to their satisfaction
• Prepare quotations and material selections for clients and negotiate the terms of agreements
• Provide feedback on future buying trends and advise on forthcoming product developments and special promotions
• Liaise with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders
• Prepare and present promotional presentations to clients
• Increase revenue contribution in the premium/luxury segment
• Achieve targets for revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Key Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development and project management in the construction or interior design industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of industry trends and new product developments
• Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings
