Our client is into a joint venture with A.C.E.L. against the background of expanding its market position in the field of asphalt mixing plant, asphalt Paver and compaction machines.

An Ideal Candidate:

Ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of relevant experience with bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred and sales experience in concrete equipment, construction machinery, or related capital goods industry. Strong track record in achieving sales targets and building customer networks.

Key Competencies:

1. Regional Operations Management: Oversee spare parts activities across regional branches, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

2. Pricing & Invoicing: Update spare parts pricing, manage invoice posting, and verify incoming material invoices.

3. Discounts & Credits: Handle authorized responsibilities related to discounts, credit notes, and statutory forms (e.g., C-forms).

4. Expense Control: Approve and monitor regional spare parts division expenses.

5. Product Integration: Ensure new product spare parts are introduced into routine operations.

6. Sales Monitoring: Track and report spare parts sales performance across regional branches.

7. Reporting: Prepare and present regional spare parts sales reports and updates for senior management.

8. SAP Configuration Support: Maintain and update tax configurations, customer master data, branch-wise pricing, MRP runs, and condition records in SAP.
