An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is an experienced Sales Manager with 7–12 years of experience in ERP or software sales. The candidate should have strong experience in generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and closing high-value deals.
They should be capable of conducting product presentations, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Experience in selling ERP solutions, SaaS, or enterprise software will be an advantage.
The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to drive business growth.
Key Competencies:
1. Proven ability to generate and qualify leads to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
2. Strong expertise in managing the complete sales cycle, including product demonstrations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
3. Experience in ERP software sales, with a good understanding of both on-premises and SaaS solutions.
4. Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with experience handling high-value deals and driving revenue growth.
5. Strong skills in conducting product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of software solutions.
6. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
8. Experience in sales planning, reporting, and pipeline management, with regular updates to leadership teams.
9. Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, working effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
10. Positive attitude with a growth mindset, demonstrating continuous learning and a proactive approach to improving sales performance.
