Job Description:





Sales Analyst, TrueCapture and SoftwarePosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly talented Analyst to help drive our global sales programs. The Analyst will create and perform complex energy and financial models, generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on technical requirements, project economics, and financial information acquired through a variety of channels. S/he will utilize the CRM tools to provide the team with a consistent and accurate view of global sales activity and come to Nextpower with extensive financial and business modeling experience. The Analyst will work closely with the Global Sales teams, Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams to ensure that Nextpower is consistently exceeds customer expectations. The Sales Analyst, TrueCapture - Software and Services will be based in Hyderabad, IN.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: 



  • Working with Sales Leads, Project Engineering, and Sales Ops, you will assume functional control of complex multi-$M opportunities and usher them through the NX sale process from Customer RFP to contract execution and handoff.



  • Create and maintain sales models, ensuring a positive contribution margin on all Nextpower sales



  • Work closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on creative deal structuring and bid strategy



  • Support Sales Leads through contract negotiation and redlining process



  • Support new commercial structure initiatives product offerings



  • Track sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM



  • Manage all CRM system reporting, improvements, and modifications



  • Generate sales reports and presentations and present them to a wide variety of stakeholders



  • Continually streamline, standardize, and improve proposal templates, bankability binders, and client presentations



  • Form excellent working relationships with other Nextpower departments, including Customer Applications, Cost Accounting, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and best-in-class quality of all Nextpower products



  • Actively contribute to the development of the Software and Services Sales Division




Indicators (KPIs) for measuring success in this role:



  • Achieving and exceeding group sales targets



  • Data cleanliness in CRM systems



  • Ability to coordinate and drive different departments to hit customer due dates



  • Support of other team members



  • Accuracy and completeness of handoff packages for the Operations team




Experience and Qualifications



  • 1-3 years of experience of relevant B2B Sales Support experience in a sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management role



  • Highly competitive drive and motivation to ramp an industry disrupting technology



  • Track record of achieving results by assessing key elements required, mapping actions, and influencing stakeholders cross functionally including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering



  • Ability to identify and address process flow gaps, and develop solutions to empower prioritization and team accountability through the RFI to deal close cycle



  • Proven analytical background



  • Excellent written and oral communication skills



  • Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment



  • Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (NetSuite preferred) systems



  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint



  • Solar experience and passion for solar are always a plus
