Right now, skirt fabrication area having load for projects like Bechtel, JGC, Habshan & other projects. There is requirement of total 4-nos. of supervisors in the Skirt fabrication area at HPC-3A. Currently there are 3-nos. of supervisors working there for supervision and QAR activities. Out of them, Niraj Kumar Patel has resigned from this area, and his last day of work is 8th May 2026. After Niraj Kumar left, only 2-nos. supervisors balanced to look after skirt fabrication area for supervision & AQR activity, which is very less than requirement. Total nos. of supervisor requirement at skirt fabrication area are 4 nos. and current we have strength of only 2 nos.  Thus, we need replacement of Niraj Kumar Patel. Required vacancies can be filled with supervisor of cadre DET/S1/S2/GET/E1 etc. You are requested to allocate supervisors for the same.
