Robotic Process Automation Testing Consultant

* Define and execute end-to-end test strategies for RPA solutions across design, build, deployment, and post-release validation.
* Create detailed test plans, test cases, and traceability aligned to business processes, bot workflows, and control requirements.
* Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing for bots built on leading RPA tools.
* Validate bot stability across environments, schedules, queues, credentials, exception handling, and recovery scenarios.
* Automate test execution where applicable using modern automation testing approaches and frameworks.
* Collaborate with RPA developers to triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, and drive fixes to closure with clear evidence.
* Ensure version control discipline and review changes using GitHub workflows to support controlled releases.
* Support CI/CD-aligned testing practices by integrating test assets, results, and quality gates into delivery pipelines.
* Produce clear test reports, quality metrics, and release readiness recommendations for stakeholders.
* Mentor junior testers/consultants and contribute to reusable test accelerators, templates, and best practices.

Graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
* 5+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to testing RPA solutions and automation-driven workflows.
* Hands-on experience with RPA tools and testing of bot logic, exception handling, and process outcomes.
* Strong knowledge of automation testing concepts including test design, defect lifecycle, and regression strategy.
* Working proficiency with at least one RPA platform such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
* Experience using GitHub for version control, collaboration, and release traceability.
