Retail Sales Officer

The Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for driving in-store sales, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily retail operations through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.

• Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements to recommend suitable products
  

  
  

• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
  

  
  

• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers effectively
  

  
  

• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards within the store
  

  
  

• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash counter operations when required
  

  
  

• Manage stock availability, assist in stock replenishment, and report low stock levels
  

  
  

• Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  

  
  

• Support promotional activities, offers, and in-store campaigns
  

  
  

• Follow company policies, operational guidelines, and safety standards
  

  
  

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations
  

  
  

• Minimum qualification: Any Diploma or Degree
  

  
  

• Freshers are welcome; prior retail or sales experience will be an added advantage
  

  
  

• Basic knowledge of sales concepts and customer handling
  

  
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  

  
  

• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
  

  
  

• Basic numerical and billing skills
  

  
  

• Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods
  

  
  

• Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques

• Age should be below 30 years
  

  
  

• Must be flexible to work between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM
