Release & UAT Operations Lead – 7 to 10 Yrs – Pune & Bangalore Location – Ready to work in 1 PM to 10 PM shift (flexible in case of extension is required)

About The Role

We are seeking an Engineering Operations Lead to own operational execution across multiple engineering teams and applications. This role ensures smooth intake, predictable releases, effective UAT, and strong production readiness.

Success in this role is defined by smooth releases, reduced delivery friction, and early identification and resolution of operational risks.

What you will be doing:

• Serve as the primary intake point for new requests and assess scope, urgency, dependencies, and business value
• Own release planning, readiness, and go‑live coordination across multiple applications
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including business tester identification, test tracking, and formal sign‑off
• Proactively identify and manage operational and production risks
• Track and drive resolution of infrastructure, platform, and shared services dependencies and tickets
• Communicate clearly with engineering teams, shared services, and business stakeholders
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and support continuous process improvement

What you will need:

• 7–10 years of experience in engineering operations, release management, technical program management, or related roles
• This is a senior, hands‑on role that emphasizes ownership and outcomes—not coordination alone.
• Experience supporting multiple teams or applications simultaneously
• Strong understanding of release readiness, UAT coordination, and production support
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise operational environments
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and cross‑team coordination
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
