Engineer- Relay Testing– Customer Services Mumbai | Siemens DI PMS | Contractual Job requirements • Relay Testing Knowledge on software like MICOM S1 Studio, DIGSI and PCM for extracting and analysing of Disturbance Records and Events Log of AREVA, SIEMENS and ABB make relays. • Knowledge of Transformer Testing (Tan-Delta Testing, Winding Resistance Test, Vector Group Test, Oil Test, Ratio Test and Partial Discharge Test). • Knowledge of in Reactor Testing (Tan Delta Testing, Winding Resistance Test, Insulation Resistance Test, Oil Test, Partial Discharge test and Reactance Measurement Test). • Knowledge of CT & PT Testing (Winding Resistance Test, Insulation Resistance test, Ratio Test, Polarity Test and Primary Injection Test). • Sub-stations 220KV/33KV/6.6KV/415V, electrical distribution system, Audit, Legal, Safety, Meetings with Siemens Back office, Kaizen & improvement, Client Handling, Site team Handling Experience Requirements: • Knowledge in software’s like Wavewin32, Micom S1 Agile, PCM 600, Archive Crawler, Archive Reporter, System Configuration Editor (SCE), System Maintenance Tool (SMT), Computer Maintenance Tool (CMT) and Omicron Test Universe. • Knowledge on Line Protection (Distance Relay), Reactor Protection (Differential, Backup Impedance & REF), Transformer Protection (Differential, REF, Bucholtz, Oil Surge Relay, Pressure Relief Valve, On Load tap Changer, Off Load Tap Changer, Overcurrent and Earth Fault includes HV, IV & LV) and Bus Bar Protection (Differential). • Worked on Omicron CPC 100, CPC 356 and CP TD 12/15. • Relay operation and trouble Shooting of Siemens (7SJ62, 7SJ64), Micom (P132, P141), GE and ABB Numerical relays • Relay testing by using Omicron CMC 356 and Megger MPRT 8430 • Knowledge on software like MICOM S1 Studio, DIGSI and PCM for extracting and analysing of Disturbance Records and Events Log of AREVA, SIEMENS and ABB make relays. • Knowledge on testing of Voltage chords and power chords of protection relays include Siprotec 7sj6221/7sj6222, Areva P132/ P141 and ABB Ref 615 and analysing the fault and reporting it to client. • Experience in HT Breaker Operation, Maintenance, Servicing, Troubleshooting & Testing in 6.6KV SF6 & 6.6 KV VCB Breaker Make Siemens, ABB & Areva • Operation and maintaining of Transformers 2 MVA, 2.5 MVA, 20 MVA & 27 MVA make Voltamp • Planning & Performance of daily / monthly / annual maintenance of breakers, 6.6 KV VCB (Siemens), ACB (Siemens), Capacitor Banks, Battery chargers and battery banks and VFD panels • Should have an ability to identify and troubleshoot the malfunctions, replacing parts and components. • Should be familiar with safety procedures while carrying out electrical work • Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relationship with Team members and Client • Should be familiar with Report preparation MIS, Root Cause Analysis, PPT & Excel. • Supported operation team on all erection, commissioning, testing & maintenance related issues. • Knowledge of Current Control Unit (CCU) used for WTI, OTI, OLTC Tap Position reporting to SCADA. • Knowledge on 220kV Switchyard, 33kV ABB GIS and 33 kV/ 6.6 kV/ 415 V AIS Substations • Knowledge on Ethernet Switch (EFS), Ethernet Cable (RJ45), Fibre Optic Patch cable (Armored & Un Armored), Coaxial Cable (GPS) and Fibre Optic TCP/IP Ring. • Knowledge on Synchronism check parameters. • Knowledge on Tie Protection i.e. Local Breaker Backup (LBB). • Knowledge on Auto-Recloser, SF6 gas Lockout, Phase Discrepancy, SF6 gas Alarm, CB closing Interlocks, Control Switching Device Interlocks (RPH3) and emergency CB tripping conditions. • Analyzing the cause and effect of faults through Disturbance Records & Events Log extracted from the Relay and preparing Root Cause Analysis and submitting to client. • Knowledge of Transformer Testing (Tan-Delta Testing, Winding Resistance Test, Vector Group Test, Oil Test, Ratio Test and Partial Discharge Test). • Knowledge of in Reactor Testing (Tan Delta Testing, Winding Resistance Test, Insulation Resistance Test, Oil Test, Partial Discharge test and Reactance Measurement Test). • Knowledge of CT & PT Testing (Winding Resistance Test, Insulation Resistance test, Ratio Test, Polarity Test and Primary Injection Test). Qualification Requirements • You should have minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in with bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or Diploma in electrical with 8 years of experience . • Experience in maintenance of electrical systems of Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer industry is an added advantage. • Shall be able to join within One month from the date of Offer. • Shall have the Supervisory license for HT/LT systems.
