What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. Roles and Responsibilities: •• Work with Client Delivery to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual / service level obligations • Ensure that services are provided within assigned budgets and timelines; take action necessary to address any issues • Provide input to Accenture best practices • Develop and implement Record to Report operations practices specific to client need and Record To Report operations strategy • Implement and support enforcement of Record to Report operations processes • Actively monitor and communicate Record to Report operations performance, opportunities for improvement, leading practices, etc. for designated clients throughout contract term • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Record to Report operations • Identify process improvements, cost savings and initiatives, document and raise with line manager for approval, then complete relevant actions/project • Maximize performance across the Record to Report Function Increasing spend transparency, compliance and control
