This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 100000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 1 - 30 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: Kochi JobType: full-time As an Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving project execution by collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead teams throughout the full development lifecycle.
You will combine hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and maintaining a motivated team.
We prioritize strong engineering fundamentals, architectural expertise, and a continuous eagerness to learn above all else.
