Quality Engineer Electronics Manufacturing

1. A candidate with 4–5 years in supplier quality experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.

2. Review and approve PPAP submissions for electronic and electromechanical components.
3. Ensure PPAP documents meet customer and quality requirements.
4. Work hands on with Control Plans, DFMEA/PFMEA, Reflow Profiles, Gauge R&R, Cp/Cpk, FPY, ICT, and other quality records.
5. Manage PPAP workflows in Agile PLM and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely submission of documents.

6. Coordinate with suppliers to close PPAP issues and improve quality.
7. Have basic knowledge of IMDS and support material compliance activities.
8. Read and understand engineering drawings; apply GD&T concepts where required.

9. Support supplier quality activities including audits, issue resolution, and cross functional coordination with internal teams.

10. Collaborate with design, production and supplier teams to ensure products meet quality standards.

11. Communicate effectively in English and handle projects independently, with minimal supervision.
