Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in planning activities that integrate various disciplines and ecosystems to ensure seamless delivery and uphold high standards of quality. Your role includes executing continuous testing processes focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You also develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements in testing procedures, contributing to the overall success of the project.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of testing outcomes to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test environments and data to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Strong analytical skills to identify defects and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of security testing and API testing methodologies to ensure robust application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
