Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement automation frameworks that enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Familiarity with testing security aspects and API testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Skilled in managing test environments and configuring data to support various testing scenarios.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
