Mandatory Functional:
In depth hands on experience on Process Assurance activities as per DO-178B/C & DO-254
Experience in Participation / Facilitation to Perform Stages Of Involvement (SOI) audits for DO-178 & DO-254 Design Assurance Level Projects
Experience in communication/interaction with Customer Quality Focal/Representative and DER in reference to DO-178/DO-254
Sound knowledge & understanding on at least two quality models/standards viz. ISO 9001, AS9100
Good working knowledge on all of the Hardware and Software Development Life Cycle Phases
Extensive Audit Experience - Process compliance Audit (PCA), Software & Hardware Design Life Cycle Phase Audit, Internal Quality Audit (IQA), Configuration Management (CM) Audit , Release Audit (RA), First Article Inspection (FAI)
Experience in Project Initiation/Kick-Off, Project Planning Phase to Project Closure
Very good experience in review of Software & Hardware Design Life Cycle Data (documents/artefacts)
Experience in Test Witnessing & Report preparation for Avionics Products
Facilitated Customer/External Audit/Assessments and responsible for follow-up on improvement opportunities
Experience in defining/driving Avionics Process & Improvements
Experience in FPGA Design & FPGA Testing process
Good knowledge on Requirements & Configuration management tools like DOORS, Clear Case & SVN etc.
Good working experience Problem Reporting & Change Request tools:- Clear Quest and/or any other Defect Management Tools
Report, Track and Escalate Process/Product Non-Conformance(NC) to relevant stakeholders
Analyse problems, issues and defects and drive Root cause analysis (RCA) to drive Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
Experience in interacting with Senior Management to Report on the Quality/Process Compliance/Maturity
Collect, Analyse, Interpret and Report Quality metrics at various levels viz., Project, Account/COE wise
At least 3 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance activities, preferably in the aerospace and defence industry

Possess good team building culture
Ability to nurture/mentor/coach the team
Desired Functional:
Knowledge on various Types of Testing viz., Hardware Software Integration, Software Integration, Functional Tests, Pre-Qualification, Qualification and Acceptance Tests
Knowledge on qualification standards - DO-160
Six Sigma Green Belt trained / Certified
Internal auditor trained /Certified
