The project:

Rising in the heart of Pune’s commercial district, this high‑rise commercial development brings together global expertise and local ambition. Designed to set new benchmarks in sustainability, resilience and modern workplace experience, it reflects a bold vision for the city’s future and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and communities.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Deliver allocated elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget.
• Lead and support external and internal audits, certifications, and reporting to ensure compliance and continual improvement.
• Investigate non-conformance issues, driving corrective and preventative measures to strengthen systems and mitigate risk.
• Review and enhance management system content, identifying new processes and efficiencies to improve effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver training, communications, and supplier engagement to build capability and performance across the value chain.
• Collaborate on strategic delivery, contributing to management reviews, supporting business development, and advancing the net zero carbon transition.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years experience.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
