This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 2500000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 25-50 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: Chennai JobType: full-time Key Responsibilities Work closely with Platform and Integration teams to gain a thorough understanding of system components and their functionalities Create and implement system-level automation tests that emphasize real-world customer scenarios Lead and promote automation efforts within the development team Assess, introduce, and apply appropriate automation tools and platforms Operate independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through documentation, reporting, and regular status updates Required Qualifications Over 6 years of experience in product engineering and automation testing Extensive knowledge of system-level and API-level automation testing Practical experience with current automation tools and frameworks Strong proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages Excellent communication skills with the capability to work independently within a distributed team environment Good to Have (Bonus Skills) Experience collaborating with international teams, particularly in Europe Demonstrated leadership experience in spearheading automation testing initiatives Knowledge of database testing and algorithmic testing Why Join Us?
