Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python Build scalable APIs and services to support frontend and third-party integrations Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Troubleshoot and debug issues across the development lifecycle Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and ensure data integrity Integrate external services, APIs, and third-party tools Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards Maintain documentation for code, processes, and system architecture Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python and backend development What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 2+ years of experience in Python development Strong proficiency in Python and understanding of its frameworks (such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI) Experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL systems Understanding of version control systems like Git Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or deployment practices is an advantage Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Good understanding of software development principles and best practices Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
