Proposal Engineer

Proposal Engineer will be responsible for delivering high‑quality technical support, solution design and estimation for Ammonia, Industrial Refrigeration systems. The role focuses on addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical challenges and preparing accurate presales documentation. The engineer will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure seamless support, proper solution alignment, and superior customer experience.

• Deliver, document, and support technical solutions related to Ammonia, Industrial Refrigeration systems.

  
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical problems, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and Proposal submissions.

  
  

• Provide subject‑matter expertise during presales discussions, technical presentations, and solution evaluations.

  
  

• Manage customer complaints, technical queries, and support incidents professionally and efficiently for all presales activities.

  
  

• Prepare technical documentation, cost estimations and bill of quantities (BOQ) for proposed solutions and submit to respective stakeholders.

  
  

• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with customer requirements.

  
  

• Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, new products, and evolving technologies in Industrial Refrigeration.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and quality requirements.

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Refrigeration, Air conditioning, Mechanical, Thermal, Energy ) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  
  

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Design / Selection of Evaporators, Compressors, Economisers, Valves & Controls, Condensers / Evaporative Condensers and technical presales engineering.

  
  

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and customer‑interaction skills.

  
  

• Experience working with Industrial Refrigeration systems is must.

  
  

• Experience in HTRI / Heat Exchanger design preferred. 

  
  

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  
  

• Technical expertise in Ammonia & Industrial Refrigeration systems, BOG - Boiled of gases skid, Oil and Gas compression skid Proposals.
