Cynet Corp is seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our innovative AI team.
As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts to enhance the performance and accuracy of our AI models, particularly in hiring automation and agentic AI systems.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine prompts to improve AI model responses and interactions.
Work closely with AI researchers and developers to integrate prompt engineering into larger systems.
Analyze AI outputs, identify issues, and iterate on prompt designs for optimal results.
Maintain detailed documentation of prompts, performance metrics, and adjustments.
Ensure prompt compliance with ethical standards and system safety guardrails.
Contribute to continuous learning and best practices in the AI and prompt engineering community.
Required Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their capabilities.
Experience with prompt engineering techniques for models such as GPT, Claude, or equivalent.
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar tools.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot AI model outputs critically.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Experience in AI ethics and safety is a plus.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in prompt engineering or AI model interaction optimization.
Proven ability to design effective prompts that improve model accuracy.
Experience working with AI development teams in an Agile environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
