Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to handle end-to-end delivery of Substation and Power Distribution projects (Turnkey, including Civil works). The role involves bidding, estimation, planning, execution, and closure of medium to large-scale projects, ensuring delivery within scope, cost, quality, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Proposal Manager during bidding & tendering

  
  

• Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs, costing & risk mitigation plans

  
  

• Supplier & subcontractor RFQs, evaluation, negotiation, vendor management

  
  

• Project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring & control

  
  

• Manage risks, changes, claims & contractual obligations

  
  

• Stakeholder coordination and project status reporting

  
  

• Ensure quality, governance, and compliance to timelines

  
  

Skills Required:

• Substations & Power Distribution (Turnkey Projects)

  
  

• Project Planning & Execution

  
  

• Estimation, BOQ, Costing & Contracts

  
  

• Risk & Change Management

  
  

• MS Project / Primavera

  
  

Preferred: PMP Certification
