Your role and responsibilities

As a seasoned Project Manager: SAP HANA ADM, you will lead Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) projects for SAP HANA systems, ensuring successful delivery of SAP HANA solutions that meet business objectives. You will manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Develop and Execute Project Plans: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure successful delivery of SAP HANA solutions. * Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA developers, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. * Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful delivery of SAP HANA solutions. * Ensure Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to meet business objectives and customer needs. * Communicate Project Progress: Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment with business strategies and objectives.

Required technical and professional expertise

* Deep Expertise in SAP HANA Systems: Proven experience in managing Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) projects for SAP HANA systems, with a strong understanding of SAP HANA products and project management methodologies. * Experience in Project Management: Seasoned expertise in developing and executing project plans, resource allocation, and budget management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including SAP HANA developers, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to deliver projects successfully. * Vendor Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure successful delivery of SAP HANA solutions. * Quality Assurance and Testing: Experience in ensuring quality assurance and testing of SAP HANA solutions to meet business objectives and customer needs.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* SAP HANA Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP HANA products, including their features, functionality, and application in various business contexts. * Project Management Methodologies: Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches, to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. * IT Service Management: Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
